Leadership development

At a second generation family business the founder had passed away unexpectedly, springboarding his two children into leadership roles before they were ready. With the existing board of directors unsupportive of the next generation and making life difficult, the business had become paralysed.


We worked with the siblings to improve the skills they needed to grow into their leadership roles. For each of them we put together personal development plans and individual support networks. We also worked with the board to better understand the blockages, improve communications and help them work more effectively together.
