This professional advisory firm was looking to develop their services for family businesses in order to deepen their relationship with existing clients and attract new ones.
Working within the organisation, we created a clear strategy for supporting their family business clients and enhancing their position in the market. This included a bespoke accreditation scheme for their team of advisors, sensitising them to the challenges that family enterprises face via training sessions, case studies and client experience. We facilitated a programme of regional events with their clients designed to enhance the client experience, deepen relationships and provide education and advice. We also created initiatives such as a next generation club, aimed at developing a peer group between the next generation of clients and advisors.
