This membership organisation was looking to establish a leadership development programme for its next generation members moving into leadership positions in their family businesses.
Using our next generation experience, we designed a six-module programme for delegates. The programme encourages participants to challenge themselves on all aspects of their personal development, including their leadership style and their relationships with family members and non-family professionals within their businesses. Topics include leading at board level, managing transitions, conducting difficult conversations, developing governance and driving through change. With live case studies, training sessions and peer coaching, the participants’ journey culminates in the creation of a bespoke personal development plan to take back to their organisation, designed to help them grow into future leaders.
